1. Pre-Order Items
Certain products offered on our store are sold on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are being reserved for future delivery.

Delivery and fulfillment of pre-order items will commence on June 30, 2026.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our reasonable control.
2. Custom-Made Units
Custom-made units are products created, modified, or tailored according to customer specifications or requests.
By purchasing a custom-made unit, you acknowledge that production begins specifically for your order and that the item cannot be resold to another customer.
3. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All sales of pre-order items and custom-made units are final.
Due to the nature of these products:

Order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details, specifications, measurements, and descriptions before completing their purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item was shipped, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
